Is Zen Movements similar to Yoga or Pilates?
No, unlike Yoga or Pilates the movements are slow and purposeful, the exercises are done while standing and there are no uncomfortable positions. The modalities used in Zen Movements is Qigong, Shaking Yoga and Meditation.
Is Shaking Yoga a cardio workout?
Shaking Yoga is a low impact exercise, the movements are an easy fun natural way to shake/dance and move your body to encourage your mind & body to relax.
Does the membership only include Pre- recorded Videos?
Included in the Zen Membership are pre-recordings, and live ZOOM classes for Mindful Movements and Meditation.
Who can do Zen Movements?
Zen Movements is suitable for all ages and abilities, the exercises are low impact due to the slow purposeful movements.
What else does my ZEN Membership include?
Zen Members will have access to all pre-recorded exercises, free mindfulness program and discounts on any future programs/workshops.
