Jodie Nelson and Jo Stevens are the founders of The Zen Zone.
- Jodie is a Certified Counsellor, Life Coach, Inspirational Public Speaker and Mindset Coach who is passionate about helping people reach their full potential. Jodie’s mission is to help as many people as possible to heal physically and emotionally using basic mindset stratergies.
Jo is a Certified Mindful Movement Coach, helping clients to reduce stress through movement. Jo is passionate about helping others to step out of their comfort zone and learn to accept themselves for who they are.
- Together they empower their clients by using simple techniques to unclutter their mind and live life to the fullest.
Mindful Movements is a light exercise program that has been described by attendees as Meditation through Movement.
There are no uncomfortable positions and is suitable for all ages and abilities.
