Our mental health matters, and often Team Leaders are unsure of what they can do in the workplace to support their mental wellbeing or those around them. Many businesses are embracing Mindfulness Programs and encouraging staff to become Mental Health First Aid Officers to support a team member who is struggling.
BUT, unfortunately many of these programs do not always offer a way to give immediate support or provide a Mental Wellness Toolkit to create a mentally well working environment to help you, and your team members improve mental state.
The Mental Wellbeing Leaders Program can provide, Team Leaders, Human Resource Managers, Mental Health First Aid Officers with the skills to support someone in distress immediately, by using simple and effective movement and breathing techniques.
The program helps Leaders make the workplace calmer and more productive in general, by not only supporting the mental well-being of their team members but by enabling them to better manage their own mental well-being too.

Mental Wellbeing Program
Mental health is becoming a growing concern in the workplace, and often we are unsure of what we can do to support our mental wellbeing or those around us who may be struggling.
When anxiety or depression takes over our body, we can feel overwhelmed, distressed and this can cause shortness of breath, vomiting, headaches and or heart palpitations.
These anxious feelings can trigger the flight/fight response and release a flood of chemicals and hormones, like adrenaline, into our system. With occasional stress, these hormones can help your body return to normal function. Unfortunately though, if you are repeatedly feeling anxious and stressed, your body may not receive the signals to return to normal functioning.
When our mental health is being compromised it can be very overwhelming. There is not always a quick fix, but if you were given a tool that could help, would you be interested in learning more?
The Workplace Mental Wellbeing Program can help you and your staff learn how to deal with the stresses of everyday life.
The Breathing Movement Tools will help you, and your team members improve mental state. This can help create better working relationships which lead to less conflict and a more productive working environment!
