The Powerful Owl Zen Movement can help you to release tension and promote creativity.  This Zen Movement is a great stretch for the shoulders, allowing you to open your arms wide like a Powerful Owl and releasing any tension that you may be holding between your shoulders.

Jo is a Certified Mindfulness & Zen Movement Coach.
Zen Movements is a unique program that is a combination of Qi-Gong, Shaking Yoga and Meditation. The Zen Zone uses this modality throughout their workshops as it is a quick and effective way for clients to reduce stress through movement.
Jo is an accredited Mental Health First Aide Officer and is passionate about supporting others to take control of their mental wellbeing, step out of their comfort zone and learn to accept themselves for who they are.

Jo's goal is to support clients with their mental well-being and to provide them with tools to take control of their own mental health.
