Meet Patricia Frederick, Food Nurturist
After a long corporate career, Patricia realised a lifelong dream of becoming a chef. She graduated from Le Cordon Bleu and never looked back.
After several years working in and managing commercial kitchens, Patricia set up her own personal chef business. Along the way, working with cooking clients, the healing properties of food became a huge part of her chef business.
Patricia continued her studies with a focus in nutrition and now holds a certificate from Nature Care College and The Institute for Integrative Nutrition as a Nutrition Health coach. Additionally, Patricia is an endorsed ph360 Coach and loves helping her clients better understand how to nourish their unique bodies.
Patricia runs coaching and cooking programs for busy women who want to live wholly and well no matter what age.
