The goal of this 10 minute conversation is to get people to start talking about their mental wellbeing and understanding the importance of having mindfulness tools to support them when things go to CRAP!.
In this weeks episode Jo Stevens from The Zen Zone talks to the lovely Kamini Pillay to find out what mindfulness tools she uses to help take her from the “RED” Zone to the “ZEN” Zone!
Kamini is a Kung Fu Instructor and student at Kung Fu Southside in Brisbane.
Kamini teaches adults and children and has a particular interest in bringing Wing Chun Kung Fu to more women. She delivers a Women’s only class and a Low Impact Women’s class weekly and also conducts self defence workshops for women. Kamini has a keen interest in the internal side of martial arts and the holistic benefits of Wing Chun for health and wellbeing.
