Jo's goal is to empower clients using simple techniques to un-clutter their mind and live life to the fullest.
Jo is a Certified Mindfulness & Mindful Movement Coach.
Mindful Movements is a unique program that is a combination of Qi-Gong, Shaking Yoga and Meditation. The Zen Zone uses this modality throughout their workshops as it is a quick and effective way for clients to reduce stress through movement.
Jo is an accredited Mental Health First Aide Officer and is passionate about supporting others to take control of their mental wellbeing, step out of their comfort zone and learn to accept themselves for who they are.

In 2014 my husband was diagnosed with PTSD. My own mental wellbeing was impacted too as I was so focused on helping my husband and being the strong one for our children that I neglected my own mental health.
I realised that in order for me to take care of my family, I had to take care of myself first!
Once I took control of my mental health, I was able to think more clearly, there was less friction in our house and I was able to be a more supportive wife and mother. I felt much better in myself and more efficient and focused in running my own business.
Now I practice mindfulness on a regular basis to keep me out of the ‘RED’ Zone and living in the ZEN Zone. This makes such a difference to my life, that I now make it my life purpose to share what I have learnt with others.
